Accounts Manager Accountancy Practice - Wilmslow

Are you a skilled accountancy professional with a knack for managing client portfolios and developing new business? Were looking for a dynamic Accounts Manager to join our growing team in Wilmslow.

You'll manage a portfolio of clients worth around £250K, working with businesses that have turnovers between £1M to £5M. While some of the larger clients may require audit work, the focus of this role is on accounts and corporation tax. If youre passionate about both the technical side of accountancy and contributing to business development, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities - Accounts Manager Accountancy Practice:

* Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery across accounts and corporation tax.

* Handle audit work for larger clients if needed.

* Manage, train, and support a young and ambitious team.

* Contribute to business development and help expand the firms client base.

* Prepare and review year-end accounts and detailed management accounts.

What Were Looking For - Accounts Manager Accountancy Practice:

* At least 8 years experience in accountancy practice.

* AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified with strong knowledge of accounts and tax.

* Experience in managing clients with turnovers from £1M to £5M.

* A proactive, business-minded approach with a focus on delivering excellent client service.

* Experience with Iris software is a plus.
