Our client is a rapidly expanding, award winning practice and they are now looking to recruit an Accountant or Accounts Semi Senior to join the growing team.

You will be working on a wide variety of assignments for a group of the firm’s clients, who range from local owner-managed businesses to large organisations.

Work will be varied but will typically include: -

* Preparing financial statements, producing statutory accounts files for manager or partner review, or assisting with assigned audits including planning and execution of work on time and to budget.

* Working with a range of clients including sole traders, partnerships and small Limited companies, charities, education clients and other not for profit sector clients

* Preparation of year end accounts and management accounts or participate in audits / independent examination of limited companies, charities, education clients and other not for profit sector clients

* Supporting Managers with the working of, and development of junior team members

Skills and Qualifications:

* Desirable - AAT / part-qual ACCA / ACA, QBE

* Accounting experience in an Accountancy Practice

* Familiar with Accounting software

* A good communicator work well as part of a team
