We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Custody Trade Services team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working on a hybrid basis 3 days a week in office.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Performing authentication on bank wide instructions.
  • Ability to refer to procedure guides and adapt to process changes, to answer queries and resolve issues.
  • Interact with other organisational units/teams to escalate high priority items or raise issues with documents.
  • Ability to work with client servicing teams to ensure timely resolution and turnaround of items.
  • Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response. Escalates more complex situations to senior colleagues.
  • Integrates knowledge of processes and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Ability to self-manage BAU work with live escalations and self-development work.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Expectation to be in office 3 days a week in office.
  • Display excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work across the team completing multifunctional processes.
  • Ability to work in line with procedures and can develop a risk awareness.
