An exciting opportuntiy for a Finance Assistant to join a specialist Manufacturing organsation who have a global footprint within there finance department. You will be a key part of the finance team reporting into the Financial Controller and Board of Directors.
About the Role
Assist in preparing financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Update and maintain financial records in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements.
Admin support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
Assist in tracking sales leads, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns.About You
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related is preferred but not a must, and equivalent work experience will be considered. • Possess a Can-Do attitude
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with different teams.
Basic understanding of sales & marketing concepts would be a plus.
