Position Overview:
We seek a Finance Manager with a proven background in management accounting, foreign exchange (forex), and hedging. This role is key to optimizing financial performance, managing risks, and delivering valuable financial analysis for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts with precision and compliance.
• Analyze financial data for trend identification, variance analysis, and KPI tracking to support business decisions.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead annual budgeting, working closely with department heads to create viable financial plans.
• Track and report on budget performance, delivering variance analysis with recommendations for action.

Hedging & Risk Management:

• Design and implement hedging strategies to manage risks from currency fluctuations and commodity prices.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions, optimizing forex products to reduce costs and exposure.

Financial Controls & Compliance:

• Establish robust internal controls to protect assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and corporate policies.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to build financial awareness and responsibility across the company.

Strategic Support:

• Deliver financial insights to support strategic projects, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience with a focus on management accounts, hedging, and forex.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proven experience in hedging strategy development and forex management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities.
