Job Title: Junior Invoice Clerk

Location: Cape Town, South Africa (On-site)

Salary: R10,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing vendor forms and tax certificates for customers.
• Reviewing and sending customer invoices and credit memos.
• Managing account balances and updating accounting records.
• Resolving customer inquiries and sending payment reminders.
• 50-70 invoices to be processed per day.

Requirements:

• Pastel Experience - Orders come into Pastel and manually process orders.
• FMCG experience.
