- The CSC is responsible for supporting internal operations and client support activities.
- This role involves the recording, coordination, tracking, communication and reporting of all activities relating to client support and software maintenance, including collaboration and input between functional teams within our organisation.
- The role also involves various administrative duties and support to the implementation, support and client service teams.
