The company: A small company within the legal and financial advice sector.

Main duties: To support the accounting team with administration and client relationship management.

The Role:
- To manage designated client accounts; to prepare and submit financial records and reports
- To update and maintain accurate client information and client records
- To prepare and submit tax returns for designated accounts
- To prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner
- To work closely with auditors
- To manage bookkeeping for designated accounts
- To manage CIS records (Construction Industry Scheme)
- To provide support and guidance to colleagues in training

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in an accounting role - Essential
- AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualified would be an advantage
- Strong numerical skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate with experience with Excel
