Credit Controller required. My client is a Property Management firm with decades of experience based in the centre of Glasgow, and due to recent organic growth are seeking a Credit Controller to join their friendly and welcoming team.
My client was founded in the early 2000's and has grown organically to become one of Scotland's biggest and best property management companies.
Credit Controller Position Overview
Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure invoices are paid on time
Follow debt collection procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, procedures and processes
Raising & requesting Notice of Potential Liabilities on Registers of Scotland
Recording NOPL's and making sure these kept up to date
Calculating direct debit reviews and preparing the DD increase review letters
Checking on landlord registration for contact details for new developments
Stay updated on credit control best practice
Credit Controller Position Requirements
Previous experience in a fast-paced high volume credit control environment
Experience using CPL software (preferred) and Microsoft
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and take own initiative
High attention to detail and accuracy
Suitable candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and must have a suitable commute to the centre of Glasgow.
Credit Controller Position Remuneration
£26,000-£28,000 basic salary
Pension contributions
Hybrid working (after probation)
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
