Job Description
The Manager for Regulatory Affairs reports directly to the Head of Public Policy and Regulatory. The role is
responsible to manage all regulatory and compliance developments and affairs for the company ensuring the group's
understanding and adherence to relevant financial regulations, laws, and industry guidelines. The position
plays a key role in engaging senior management across the business to ensure that internal processes are aligned with
regulatory requirements, and advising on regulatory changes that may impact the group's operations and
strategy Minimum requirements:
- 7+ years' Financial services experience
- B.Com LLB degree
- Admitted attorney and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is advantageous
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
