Job Description

The business analyst should support the origination, structuring and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and infrastructure transactions by understanding the M&A and infrastructure product portfolio.
Performing activities under supervision, in order to grow the infrastructure and M&A business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct research on sectors.
Drafting Information Memorandums.
Assist in compiling key data for valuations.
Assist in preparing presentations.
Compiling financial models.

Qualifications

First Degree in Business Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
Post graduate qualification would be preferred.
1-2 years' experience in an infrastructure advisory or M&A advisory environment.
1-2 years demonstrated experience in interpreting client financial statements, calculating financial ratios, and building financial models for more experienced team member review.
1-2 years' experience in drafting client documentation (presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials).
Must have an understanding of legislation, regulations, and industry codes of practice.
