Duties & Responsibilities
Requires an experienced, efficient and innovative Creditors Manager who will support the full Procure-to-Pay Function with his/her Team of 12 Creditors and Cashbook Clerks, who need careful mentorship and managing. The Systems need a significant upgrade as Processes are manual and cumbersome, so solid experience driving automation, developing efficiencies and initiating Business Process Re-engineering to optimise Operating Systems is VITAL.

You will also need to ensure Accounts Payable Policies and Practices are developed, implemented and adhered to in order to build capacity and to provide a high-performance work environment.

Other duties include:

• Supplier Enterprise Development
• Value Stream Transformation
• Maintaining value adding relationships with Key Stakeholders (CIP, Entities and External Suppliers)
• Setting Team KPI's
• Maintaining integrity of AP Ledger including Month-end Recon to GL
• Doing independent investigations and recommendations of complex business matters related to AP
• Allocating and monitoring Workflow and Portfolios of AP Clerks
• Owning Foreign Vendor Invoice processing and Statement Recons
• Liaising with Banking Team, Treasury Entities and Suppliers to manage Cashflow and Working Capital
• Reviewing and monitoring Key Risk Areas and developing mitigating actions

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Financial qualification
• 10 years' experience as AP Manager in Large Shared Services Environment
• Outstanding IT and ERP implementation experience

Package & Remuneration
R800 000 CTC - R650 000 CTC plus Incentive Bonus
