We are looking for an energetic creditor Clerkr based in Pretoria east for a temporary 5 month contracact who will be responsible for weekly and monthly non-stock payments of the group. This person needs to be dedicated to her position and must ensure accurate and on-time payment of suppliers. Requirements:

• Matric and relevant qualification
• Must be able to handle a high volume of creditors at the same time accurately.
• Must be able to analyse creditors and be a problem solver
• Ability to process Creditor's invoices accurately under high pressure.
• Ability to ensure that VAT has been claimed accurately
• Ability to do complex and difficult creditors reconciliations
• Be able to work systematically
• Must be able to work every third weekend as well as months ends
• Have at least five years more experience
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Experience:

• Have extensive knowledge in performing creditors reconciliation from statement to the ERP System
• Needs to know how to organise and establish a schedule to accommodate the various creditors paid on different dates
• Ensure value-adding communication with various stakeholders in the creditor's process
• Have experience in dealing with urgent ad-hoc payments
• Have extensive experience in claiming VAT and the regulations for claiming VAT
• Perform ad-hoc creditors calculations.
• Knowledge of the allocation of expenses.
• General good knowledge of financial activities like reconciliations, discounts and rebates

Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time payment of non-stock creditors
• Ensure accurate processing and on-time processing of creditor's invoices
• Good communications with stakeholders
