- Define and implement the vision and strategy for the Group Risk Benefits division.
- Develop and launch innovative risk and retirement products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute new business initiatives to drive revenue and expand our market share.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Actuarial Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven specialist experience in the group risk and retirement product sector.
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading and scaling a product.
- Demonstrated success in building successful products and leading high-performing teams.
- Relevant operational experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Group Risk Benefits.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly pragmatic and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
