Our client, a specialist investment & insurance company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the Group Risk Benefits division. As a key member of their leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance their market position and deliver exceptional value to their clients.Job Specification Your Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the vision and strategy for the Group Risk Benefits division.
• Develop and launch innovative risk and retirement products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute new business initiatives to drive revenue and expand our market share.

Offer Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Actuarial Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven specialist experience in the group risk and retirement product sector.
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading and scaling a product.
• Demonstrated success in building successful products and leading high-performing teams.
• Relevant operational experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Group Risk Benefits.
