Job & Company Description:

Our client is a recognized leader in manufacturing committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support their financial planning and analysis efforts. You will play a key role in overseeing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within their manufacturing operations. This individual will provide strategic insights to senior management to improve efficiency, optimize costs, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Duties (not limited to):

• Variance Analysis: Investigate variances between actual and budgeted performance, providing recommendations to improve profitability
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Monitor and forecast cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs
• Standard Costing: Implement and monitor standard costing systems to track and control costs efficiently across production lines
• Financial Reporting Improvements: Develop and improve financial reporting templates and processes to enhance clarity and decision-making

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Completed BCom degree in a related field

Experience:

• 8+ Years experience within the Manufacturing industry
• Management experience required
• Product/stock environment experience is beneficial
• Forex experience is required
