Finance Manager – Workforce (FP&A)

Job Description 

Interprets and implements financial concepts supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis function.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Manages Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis across financial and non-financial metrics, with analysis and understanding of drivers and variances, risks and opportunities
• Coordinates Business Performance Reporting, including detailed preparation of month end management reporting, business drivers and critical metrics, to provide detailed insight to senior management
• Supports Strategic Business Planning processes, including target setting
• Supports the capital allocation process, investment reporting and returns analysis, encourages improvement where necessary
• Efficiently analyses operations, costs and/or expenses to support overall decisions regarding margins and business objectives
• Calculates and/or report performance measurements including cash flow, contribution margin and return on investment
• Supports clear driver-based reporting on all costs and activities of the group
• Fulfils ad hoc reporting requirements in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualification
• Significant experience and proficiency in financial analysis, reporting and financial control.

Key Skills and Experience

• • 12+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to model and manage large data in excel
  • Presenting output to finance business partners and influence decisions
  • Working autonomously and critical thinking with the ability to tackle complex problems in a structured manner
  • Team working collaboratively with partners at all levels 
  • Preparing budgets and incorporating this into financial systems

The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a consistent record of collaborating with team members, targeting for consistency, standardization and pulling insights from data to support the finance team.

Qualifications :

Experience in FP&A – CIMA, MBA, Finance, CA or ICWA is helpful.
