Duties & Responsibilities
Treasury and Referral Commission Manager
(Financial Reporting Division - reports into General Manager Finance)
Requirements:
5 years' experience in Treasury in a similar role
Knowledge and experience on MS Office, Accounting Systems, Advanced Excel
Must be in a managerial role, with reporting staff.
Education: Completed Degree in Accounting/Finance
The Treasury Referral Commission Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the Cashbook and Referral commission departments by ensuring that the daily, weekly and monthly tasks are executed timeously and accurately, providing a good service to its internal and external clients, handling all staff HC related tasks.
▪ Ensuring that the Bank accounts are reconciled daily, clearing accounts actioned daily, reconciliations are reviewed and signed off monthly and that the maintenance of the General Ledger are kept up to date on a weekly basis.
▪ Daily tasks such as EFT's, receipting and responding to emails are done accurately, timeously and with care.
▪ Effective collections from clients, and accuracy with allocations
▪ Deadlines are key and cannot be missed.
▪ Working on Value Added Projects, both Financial and Non-Financial
