Introduction
Cash Converters Personal Finance requires the support of a strong Product Manager to assist the efforts of the broader Cash Converters Personal Finance Team. This role reports to the CEO of Cash Converters Personal Finance. The position is office based at the Gauteng Head Office and national travel is a significant requirement.
Duties & Responsibilities
The main objective of Cash Converters Personal Finance is to provide wholesale cash to the network of stores ensuring that a store is never short of operating capital. Cash Converters Personal Finance provides a suite of software applications, products and services which facilitate access to wholesale cash, enabling our Franchisees to trade without cash flow challenges. The express purpose of this role is to drive volume across the Cash Converters Personal Finance suite of products and in doing so promote the use of Cash Converters Capital to fund transactions.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic direction, in the wholesale funding space, for the Group.
• Assist with delivery of the strategic objectives annually.
• Assist with preparation and delivery of the annual Budget for Cash Converters Personal Finance.
• Assist with the development of new products and services.
• Monitor, maintain and enhance an effective funding strategy for the Group.
• Manage, coordinate and control the daily activities relating to funding of the suite of products offered by Cash Converters Personal Finance.
• Provide training, development and supervision to guide, motivate and retain staff.
• Maintain collaboration and integration with all other departments within the Group.
• Manage the performance of and relationships with all strategic alliance partners.
• Manage the performance of and relationships with all Franchisees and the Network of Stores.
• Drive volume in the suite of products offered by Cash Converters Personal Finance.

Desired Experience & Qualification
A bachelor's degree or higher in commerce or a related field.
