Job Requirements:
- Matric
- Tertiary Education in Finance or related field
- RE5
- Minimum 3 Years in Financial Planning Role
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, conducting regular reviews to provide expert financial advice and solutions.
- Proactively source and acquire new clients to expand the company's existing portfolio.
- Deliver financial products and services professionally, establishing trust and credibility with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with various Financial Service Providers (FSPs) and internal teams to resolve client concerns and queries promptly.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Create tailored financial plans addressing individual client needs, covering investment strategies, retirement planning, estate management, and tax efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends and economic developments to offer informed advice.
- Evaluate clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
- Advise on investment and risk-related products, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Engage in networking, attend industry events, and participate in marketing initiatives to increase client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
- Keep accurate client records and maintain thorough documentation.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and laws, providing regular reports to management and clients.
