Your purpose:
Accurate processing and recording of payroll data to ensure personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner and that the company is meeting all statutory requirements. Manage the full payroll function from end to end.

Your purpose:
Accurate processing and recording of payroll data to ensure personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner and that the company is meeting all statutory requirements. Manage the full payroll function from end to end.
Min requirements:
- Payroll qualification or any other relevant tertiary qualification
- 5-7 years of experience in payroll with at least 3-5 years running a payroll from end to end
- Proficiency in Accsys Payroll and Peopleware, Time and Attendance System or similar payroll system
Reporting to the HR Director your key job functions:
- Managing and Configuring Accsys payroll and Peopleware system
- Payroll Processing for employees nationally consisting of production staff; management and admin staff (weekly and monthly wages)
- Legal compliance and Statutory submissions
- Payroll Admin support
- Data and process integrity
- Payroll: Production & Support
- Monthly Reporting
- On-boarding and off boarding
- Monthly Payroll Processing
- Legal compliance and Statutory submissions
- Internal Control
You have:
- Working knowledge of SARS process, requirements and documentation compliance
- Understanding of systems, databases, master data, transactional data and
inter-relationships. - Knowledge of relevant accounting processing systems
- Good understanding and compliance of relevant financial and tax laws
- Good knowledge of theories, practises, policies and techniques, typically applied HR disciplines
- Accsys, PeopleWare, Time and Attendance (Biometrics) or similar payroll systems
