We are searching for an individual that is passionate about stock reconciliation, manufacturing processes and accounting.
Duties & Responsibilities
Typical work and responsibilities:

• Managing Debtors & Creditors
• Assets Registers
• Books to Trial Balance
• Stock verification
• Monthly and weekly management reporting
• Internal control sign off's
• Internal document flow to ensure proper reporting and data inputs
• Review work of team members
• Training of team members
• Verification of manufacturing process
• Physical stock counts
• System integrity
• BOM Reconciliations
• Complete stock management

  • Technology savvy
  • Your own transport to and from work
  • Absolute honesty, integrity, loyalty, trustworthy and reliable - this is non-negotiable.

Specific requirements:

• At least 3-5 years' experience in the field of accounting
• Have a working knowledge of the following software systems:
  • Pastel
  • Sage one
  • Excel
  • Word
  • Sars Efiling
  • Sars Easyfile
• Must be able to:
  • Read Write and Compile management reports
