The Audit Lead is responsible for planning and executing internal audits to assess risk, internal controls, and compliance with regulations. This role involves leading audit teams, conducting risk assessments, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement audit plans aligned with business objectives and risks.
• Conduct risk assessments to prioritize audit areas.
• Lead audit teams and oversee fieldwork. Review audit findings and ensure thorough documentation.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and adopt best practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years in auditing, with leadership experience.
