Introduction
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounting Clerk to handle both Debtors and Creditors functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Pastel and Microsoft Excel and will bring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Process and record invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer and supplier accounts.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth transactions.
• Assist in month-end, perpetual, and year end closing activities.
• Responsibilities: Proven experience as an accounts clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in Pastel accounting software is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• The ability to use your initiative and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Honesty and confidentiality is an absolute must.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12/ Matric.
• 2 years previous work experience as a Accounts Clerk with Debtors and Creditors exposure.
• Advantage but not a must would be previous Inventory Control/Stock Managment Experience.
• Be able to travel easily enough to the Stikland area.
