THE ROLE

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for operational and client relationships across their portfolio group. The portfolio group is in in Christchurch. They will coordinate the operations team to deliver services in accordance with the client's requirements and will ensure the development and implementation of Operations plans for their portfolio clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operations and Service Delivery
  • Deliver Vivid services across the group in accordance with Vivid and client KPIs.
  • Implement account operations plans.
  • Contribute to and deliver the agreed operating model for each client.
  • Develop and deliver resourcing plans nationally across the Group portfolio ensuring that SP selection, cost optimisation and consistent delivery of quality services is achieved. This will require zoning, pricing negotiations with SPs (in accordance with HOS directives), direct delivery options and bundling of work within and or across zones that make up the Group.
  • Execute all people management responsibilities in accordance with Vivid policies, procedures and standards to ensure professional recruitment, retention, accurate payment of employees and contractors and sound performance management practices.


Account management
  • Manage key “operational” client relationships nationally within the Group portfolio.
  • Manage all operational expenses in accordance with Vivid standards and the relevant client budget.
  • Identify and deliver operational efficiencies across the group.
  • Proactively deliver revenue generating programs across the group in accordance with the Group or client strategy.


HSEQ Leadership:
  • Act as a role model and provide support with the implementation of HSEQ related programs to enforce a positive HSEQ culture and encourage others to do the same.
  • Accountable for the delivery of Vivid corporate HSEQ KPIs as they relate to audit, training, communication, incident management, corrective actions and other vivid programs.
  • Accountable for the delivery of HSEQ KPIs for the client account/s.
  • Encourage and ensure the reporting of all incidents, issues, concerns, breaches etc.
  • Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated and corrective actions are in place (and actioned) to prevent incident recurrence.
