We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our team in Lesotho. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and a valid accounting qualification. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (valid accounting qualification required).
• 4 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
