Responsibilities:

Processing up to Trial Balance
General Ledger reconciliation
Assist with monthly reporting packs
Loading of payments - monthly and weekly
Assist Financial Manager with Audit preparation
Assist with monthly reporting
Reconciliation duties across the group
Processing of Company expenses for the group
Keeping utility payments up to date
Reconcile creditors to statements
Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

3-4 years relevant experience
Advanced excel
Sage 300 (Accpac) preferred
Detail orientated & accuracy a must
Proactive thinking
Team player
Excellent communication skills
