Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Accounts Receivable Manager in overseeing the credit management for the division.

Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Accounts Receivable Manager in overseeing the credit management for the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle legal collections and handover of overdue accounts.
- Ensure efficient execution of the credit approval process.
- Conduct credit reviews for new and existing accounts.
- Maintain effective systems to manage and control customer queries.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Credit Policy.
- Foster healthy inter-departmental relationships.
- Facilitate financing applications and analyze feasibility studies.
- Manage and supervise staff.
- Provide weekly reports to executives.
- Conduct weekly audit checks.
- Manage and monitor credit limits.
- Matric qualification.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- A minimum of three years' experience in credit management within the Commercial FMCG sector, with legal collections exposure.
- Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including the National Credit Act, Companies Act, and Insolvency Law.
- Strong financial accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SAP, and AS400 (advantageous).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
