Salary: CTC: R 23 196.69

Minimum Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• Finance- related certification advantageous
• The company's numeracy & literacy test completed

Minimum Experience:
• 3 Years' experience in Credit Control Accounts Receivable (AR) administration, within a high-pressure environment
• Strong collections experience (quantifiable achieved results, book value, customer count)
• 3 Years' financial and accounting software systems experience: Accpac, Sage, or equivalent ERP systems: Accpac - i.e. receipting, invoicing, statement processing etc.
• 1 Year Industry related AP or AR experience within the Cargo, Freight, Transport industry
• 3 Years cargo or courier Industry related systems experience in billing software: Winfreight, Freight Easy, IVS, or related applications.
• 3 Years' industry related experience in billing/quality control environment.

Technical:
• MS Word proficient
• MS Excel XP Intermediate: Proficiency certified in complex features: VLOOKUP, formulas and pivot table construction.
• Strong typing & computer skills (required typing test result - minimum 30
words per minute)

Environmental / Other conditions:
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license
• ITC check and Criminal record clear
• Overtime Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed during month-
end, year-end, audits, and peak business periods.

Salary: CTC: R 23 196.69
