Description
We currently have a new and exciting role for a senior FPA to join us on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity to enhance our current financial strategic planning and provide critical insights to our managers and our business. By overseeing the forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis processes, you will drive process improvements and create an environment that supports positive change.
It is important to note that whilst we offer hybrid-working we would expect the successful candidate to be on site in the first two - three months in the role to become fully proficient with our processes and indeed our business.

- Analyse financial data to spot trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to align financial plans with strategic goals.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
- Enhance financial processes, systems and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
About you:
