Morson is partnering with a global travel company looking for a Head of Reporting & Planning to join their UK finance team for 6 months, with strong chance of being made permanent.
This role offers opportunities for internal promotion as the business grows.
As a key member of the finance leadership team, you'll report to the CFO and support the business strategy by leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. You'll consolidate divisional performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders, while overseeing financial management of central overhead functions.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A function, managing monthly financial performance, KPI tracking, reforecasting, and long-term planning.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, including balance sheets, business plans, and cashflow forecasting.
- Manage overhead costs and liaise with budget holders to optimise financial performance.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Operating Board and produce key Board outputs highlighting performance trends.
- Collaborate with the data team to improve KPI reporting and develop financial dashboards.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (+5 years PQE) or Significantly Qualified by experience.
- Senior finance experience with an FP&A focus.
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
- Proven business partnering experience and the ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Board-level reporting and consolidation experience.
