Minimum requirements:

BCom Accounting degree from a reputable tertiary institution
Completed articles with a recognized firm
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the Agricultural sector will be an advantage
In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Expertise in financial analysis, reporting and internal controls
Strong background in financial control systems and accounting procedures
Familiarity with accounting standards and appropriate financial governance
Proficiency in Pastel
Proven experience in managing and leading a financial support team
