ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for an energised Account Manager to join an enthusiastic and motivated Account Management team to deliver key projects for a portfolio of Dentsu Creative’s clients. You will be responsible for the delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction of assigned projects ranging from brand, campaign, and website build/maintenance projects. In the role, you will have responsibility and autonomy to manage an account with Account Director input and support, and in other cases you will work in partnership with other members of the team to deliver larger projects.You will drive day to day relationships with clients and the wider One Dentsu teams, ensuriung the smooth delivery of key projects, and support client development plans led by your Account Director and Business Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional levels of client satisfaction on assigned projects
  • Build, nurture and grow relationships with key client points of contact
  • Identify and, with the support of Account Director/Business Director, develop new business opportunities within assigned projects
  • Work as an effective and motivated member of your Account Management team and the wider Dentsu Creative team
  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of assigned projects in partnership with other members of your Account Management team.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Contribute towards creating an enjoyable and rewarding culture
  • Support senior management in delivering pitches/tenders
