This role is for our online & face to face training department. We proudly work with every Local Authority & most SME in regulated sectors such as foster care, children's homes, leaving care, early years & education. We have no competition in the marketplace but due to rapid growth we need more people helping our existing clients with subscription renewals and purchasing additional course credits. Our training educates adult's who look after children & young people which is very rewarding however we also offer a brilliant salary and package.

This is a full-time office based role for a Customer Relations Specialist, located in Manchester with some flexibility for remote work (Up to 80%). The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks to build and maintain great client relationships that allow them to identify and convert cross-selling opportunities, gather feedback to improve our service, and consistently delight clients.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about people and results
  • Confident negotiating, handling objections and closing sales
  • Experienced selling products and services (B2B desirable)Ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Enjoys working at pace in a changing environment
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
