As a Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing a diverse client portfolio and delivering tax advisory services. You’ll also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior team members.

They are now seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions. Attend meetings to assess client goals effectively.
  • Tax Services: Work on corporate advisory projects like restructuring, MBOs, and succession planning. Review tax returns for family businesses and corporate groups.
  • Business Development: Engage with clients on tax matters and contribute to growing the firm’s client base through networking and events.
  • Team Collaboration: Support colleagues with complex tax issues, assist in project planning, and work with Partners on advisory services.
  • Growth: Stay updated on technical knowledge, share insights, and manage productivity, costs, and client billing.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Simplify and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, collaborating to meet business goals.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experienced: Must hold a Chartered Accountant, ATT, or CTA qualification.
  • Tax Specialist: Strong technical skills in business or mixed tax, capable of providing commercial tax advice and leading teams.
  • Communicative: A people person with excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information and build client trust.
  • Collaborative: A team player who shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and works well under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable with change and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, always seeking improvement.
