TPF Recruitment are currently supporting a specialist Tax practice with expanding their Global Mobility team. Although this vacancy is for a Tax Senior, applicants from all Tax candidates, at any level, are welcome. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist practice that is growing sustainably.
The role offers a great opportunity to become involved in other areas of the practice, including private client work planning and advisory, business development, marketing, assisting with RFPs, training and mentoring junior staff members and graduates and working with the senior team and network of global partners to help drive the business forward as they continue to grow.
Main duties:
prepare complex tax returns
mentor junior colleagues
conduct client arrival and departure meetings
attend complex meetings with Assistant Manager / Manager
complete Social Security and payroll applications
Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience working on global mobility corporate programs, including tax and social security planning and compliance for short term moves, international assignments, business travellers, remote workers and permanent transfers as well as some experience in expatriate / modified payroll arrangements.
