Well-established manufacturing company based in the West Rand seeks a Creditors and Wages Clerk to join their team!Duties & ResponsibilitiesMinimum requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Understanding of Bookkeeping
• Pastel experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Manage the clocking system and download data for payroll processing.
• Verify and finalize clock-in times and overtime with department heads.
• Prepare wage journals and process weekly wages for hourly staff in Pastel.
• Process invoices, credit notes, and reconcile statements for payment preparation.
• Maintain accurate creditor documentation, including invoice reconciliations and GRN suspense account clearing.
• Follow up on supplier queries and assist with installer payments.
• Compile credit applications and maintain an up-to-date approved creditors list per ISO 9001 standards.
• Assist with reception duties and switchboard operations.
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness meet required standards.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.

Package & RemunerationR 15 000 - R 20 000 - Monthly plus plus 7.5% pension fund And 50% medical aid (company contribution)
