Havas London are looking for an Account Manager to join the team to work on one of our leading consumer healthcare brands
- Working across multiple brands, across both our Hygiene and Health brands working in close partnership with one of our Account Directors.
- We’re responsible for fully integrated campaigns with the client, creating campaigns fully through the line from big idea development to production of campaign assets (TVCs, digital and social campaign assets, Key Visuals and static assets), post-campaign analysis and optimisations.
-A member of a large team, close partnership to our strategists and creatives - requiring excellent relationship building skills across the entire business.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNT MANAGER
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
⟶Naturally build rapport with people at all levels and can navigate through difficult situations.
⟶The client relationship is at the core of everything they do, and you work hard to
cultivate and care for it.
⟶Start to gain experience managing people, helping them with their work, nurturing their careers, monitoring their progress and helping to plot their paths
⟶Focused on delivering great work on time and against clear deadlines, parameters and budgets.
⟶Collaborate, getting stuck in at every step, navigating the different departments and pulling everyone together.
⟶Takes ownership of the Account Management process
⟶Understands production timelines and processes to inform a client decision.
⟶Leads projects and timing plans. Ensuring all departments are working to fulfil the delivery and if not, raising with senior team to review.
STRATEGIC SMARTS
⟶Passionate about whether the work is effective, how it performs and whether it
makes a difference.
⟶Can use results and audience insights to effectively sell creative work and tell a story.
⟶Evaluate options accurately and establish priorities.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
⟶Understand and be proactive in using the financial tools available to run accounts (e.g. estimates, invoicing, budget tracking).
⟶Understands how to run accounts profitably - able at any given time to explain the financial status of your projects, fees and 3rd party production.
⟶Contributes to monthly finance meetings with clients to update them on tracking and billing.
⟶Can review production budgets and compare them to previous projects to ensure they are in line with client expectations.
⟶Can speak to the financial health of their clients account at any time.
CREATIVITY
⟶Contributes to creativity by sharing latest campaigns and industry knowledge.
⟶Can review and help develop work that is in line with the client brief and strategy
