Job Role Overview:

We are offering an exciting Management Trainee Program designed to equip ambitious individuals with the skills and experience needed to excel in the dynamic world of finance. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across our core business areas--Accountancy, Mortgages, Wealth, and Insurance-gaining hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge.
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to manage overseas clients.
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Fully or partly qualified in CIMA.
