Managerial
Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with Partners to ensure the smooth operation of the team
Oversee tax filings and provide strategic tax advice
Lead client consultations and advise on complex tax matters
Manage personal, corporation, trust, and partnership tax compliance and planning
Adhere to ICAEW Practice Assurance Standards
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence Required Attributes and Experience:
CTA qualified
Confident in consulting with clients on a one-to-one basis
Highly organised
Strong knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with software such as CCH Personal Tax & Central or CorTax
