We are having an urgent opening for the position Accounts Executive for a reputed company at the (Prabhadevi) Mumbai location.
ACCOUNTS PROFILE:
- Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:Recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accuracy of entries.
- Accounts Payable:
- * Processing and recording invoices from suppliers and vendors.
* Verifying and reconciling vendor statements.
* Preparing payments to suppliers and ensuring timely payments.
* Resolving payment discrepancies and communicating with vendors. - Accounts Receivables:
- * Generating and sending customer invoices.
* Monitoring and tracking customer payments.
* Following up on overdue accounts and collections.
* Applying customer payments to appropriate accounts. - Bank Reconciliation:Matching and reconciling bank statements with company records to identify discrepancies.
- Expense Tracking:Monitoring and analysing expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and assisting in budgeting.
- Tax Compliance:Ensuring adherence to tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and coordinating with tax authorities and GST Statement :- preparing Monthly GST Statement and sending to CA for the returns
- Payroll Processing:
- * Calculating employee salaries, wages, and bonuses.
* Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Handling payroll-related queries from employees. - Software Proficiency:Utilizing accounting software and tools for data entry, reporting, and analysis. Common software includes Autorox, Software, Microsoft Excel, and others.
- Financial Documentation:Maintaining organized and accurate financial records, receipts, and invoices.
- Petty Cash:- Maintaining Daily Petty Cash
Candidate's Profile:
- Knowledge of MS Office, Tally.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written & communication skills in English.
