Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a fantastic Accounts Semi Senior opportunity with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Central Manchester.
The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified and/ or ACA/ ACCA student working in general practice with a good foundation in accounts preparation, tax compliance and bookkeeping.
The role will involve working closely with an impressive client base from the sports, media, and entertainment industry, providing accounts and tax services, and more advisory work as the role develops.
Excellent remuneration and benefits package, the option of WFH 3 days p/w, flexi time, full study support, annual bonus, and paid overtime/ TOIL.
The Role:
Preparation of accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships
Management accounts preparation
Preparation of tax computations (personal and corporate)
VAT Returns
Client bookkeeping
Dealing with HMRC/ client queries
Liaising with clients directly
Occasional ad hoc duties

You:
AAT Qualified/ ACA or ACCA Student
Good working knowledge of FRS105 & FRS102
Knowledge of Xero & Quickbooks beneficial
Previous experience of working in practice is essential
