Hours: Full-Time
Contract: 12 Months Maternity Cover

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be supporting the facilitation of an efficient and effective payroll service.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Processing New Starter information
- Entering P45/New Starter Information
- Raising P45’s
- Creating new accounts within the payroll system
- Answering calls and resolving any queries
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Running and checking weekly reports
- Adhering to deadlines
The successful Payroll Assistant will have/be:
- Payroll Administration experience
- Ideally have Salesforce experience and a basic understanding of Excel
- Good organsiational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Calm, self-motivated and customer orientated
- Able to work with verbal and numerical issues
- Able to respond to queries (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently, providing detailed responses
- Proactive, conscientious and has a can-do attitude
- A team player and be able to work independently
