Our clients in central Keighley have an exciting opportunity for an attentive individual to assist the Head of Finance and take up a position within their Finance team. They are an award-winning company who prides themselves on providing a friendly and welcoming working environment.
Working within their Finance team to deliver a quality service throughout the business, the main duties of this role will include: • weekly payroll • mid-month and end of month sales reports • assisting with the creation and the management of the company’s barcodes • maintenance of spreadsheets and databases • reconciling petty cash • reimbursing expenses • updating customer price lists • weekly payment runs • commission reports • any other duties as and when reasonably requested by the management team • covering when colleagues within the team are on holiday or absent • general admin duties when necessary.
To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have: • minimum AAT Level 3 qualification (essential) or equivalent dependent on experience • experience of working within a busy Finance team • a minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English • excellent attention to detail • experience with Microsoft packages • good written and spoken English • a professional telephone manner • good communication skills. Person Specification: • be reliable and trustworthy • be flexible • able to work as part of a team • willingness to learn • organised
This is a full time postion working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
