Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Director on a permanent basis for an established, award winning SME that is currently on an exciting period of growth based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Director that has been on a previous growth journey looking to replicate this and build upon their experience through supporting the board and COO with strategic decision making throughout their growth journey.
As Finance Director this role will be responsible for the strategic financial planning and analysis, budget management, cash flow forecasting, client and vendor management, system implementation, change and maintenance, whilst continuously supporting the board with critical decision making.
This role will manage a small team of four and be responsible for their training, development and workload management.
The successful candidate will:
* Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
* Have worked in a high growth business previously
* Have staff management experience
* Have the ability to present data at C suite level
£85,000 - £95,000 + tax free bonus + leadership bonus + private healthcare scheme (to include enhanced dental and optical cover) + potential share option + flexible working pattern + generous holiday allowance + free on site parking + for office days + hybrid working model
