Our client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team, to spearhead strategic growth and drive profitability through innovative commercial initiatives.

- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the organization, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth.
- Take a lead role, supported by the legal department, in the execution and management of all commercial and contractual matters at tender, bid clarification, and negotiating stages. Ensure tenders are of a high quality, reflecting sustainable solutions and supporting the profitability of the business.
- Oversee the financial performance of commercial projects, preparing budgets, monitoring costs, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement risk management protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ensuring efficient workflows. Responsible for continuous development related to managerial skills and leadership to lead the sales teams.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Participate in internal and/or external training/education/continuous development sources to increase knowledge of technical and commercial knowledge related to services.
- Participate in contract handover meetings with internal participants once a tender or order has been processed, to confirm the area of responsibility, the milestones, and the launch execution.
