CRA Financial are looking for a Trust Manager to the team of specialist Solicitors in a leading expert practice. This is a great opportunity to take on the day-to-day responsibility for the administration of a wide variety of trusts, as well as the preparation of annual trust accounts and tax returns, in a supportive and colleague-led team.

CRA Financial are looking for a Trust Manager to the team of specialist Solicitors in a leading expert practice. This is a great opportunity to take on the day-to-day responsibility for the administration of a wide variety of trusts, as well as the preparation of annual trust accounts and tax returns, in a supportive and colleague-led team.
The role will see you:
- Prepare annual trust accounts, complete and submit to HMRC annual tax returns and payments
- Deal with compliance matters such as CRS, FATCA and Trust Registration Scheme
- Calculating tax and completing IHT forms
- Liase with other members of the team such as commercial property managers and investment managers concerning the trusts’ investments and Investment Policy Statements
- Work with fee earners to draft required documents

About you:
- Min. 5 years’ experience of trust management
- Hold an accounting qualification
- Good knowledge of income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax
- Previous experience of dealing with trusts receiving rental income associated commercial property expenses
