The role of Practice Manager is a senior position within a leading law firm, working alongside the Partners to achieve strategic growth plans, whilst also managing daily operations.

The purpose of the role is to maximise efficiencies within the firm, as well as ensuring an outstanding service to clients. This will be achieved by developing operating processes, effectively managing and maximising capacity within the fee earning and admin teams. The Practice Manager will work alongside the Partners as the firm plans its next stage of growth.

Working alongside the Partners to lead the operational management of the firm, this varied role will include:

Assisting Partners to formulate and implement business plans including budgets and processes to grow the firm strategically.
Planning and delivery of the firm's core management activities.
Arranging insurance cover and renewals.
Operational delivery of compliance.
Oversight of client onboarding
Analysis of staff monthly reports.
Monitoring key performance indicators and providing regular reports to the Partners.
Utilisation of the firms case management system.
Overseeing facilities management.
