Our client, a leading Midlands Accountancy practice, based in Daventry, is looking to recruit a Service Charge Accountant.

This is a part time position and our client is able to offer flexibility around the days & hours worked for the right candidate.

Service Charge Accountant

Responsibilities:


Reviewing of service charge accounts
Finalisation of service charge accounts & billing
Developing and maintaining active communication with colleagues
You will responsible for managing and assisting a team of 2-4 people depending on the number of accounts being reviewedService Charge Accountant Requirements:

It is essential that you have previous service charge accounts experience - applicants without this skill set will unfortunately be discounted
AAT Qualified (or equivalent) preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good attention to detail and accuracy of work
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
