Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and partner with our Village and Care division.
Our finance team is dedicated to providing support to the business to ensure we continue to perform at a level required by our residents and shareholders. You are guaranteed to be kept on your toes. You will need to use your initiative, be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change, and be tech savvy and familiarity with Technology One (our Finance system) TM1, and Power BI would also be a bonus! As a fast-growing organisation there's always a focus on continuous improvements and we count on you to help us on this journey.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will be assisting with the monthly reporting, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting the business with strategic and financial analysis, modelling, and adhoc management accounting services to the organisation through a business partnering model. This role will require you to work with a range of managers across the business, through providing both strategic and day-to-day advice that informs decision-making and adds value to our business.
