IntroductionMedipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional, disciplined and self-driven individual to join their dynamic Finance Team in a capacity of a Patient Debtors Clerk. The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrimary purpose of the job:
Accurate payment allocation, Debt collection and the handling of account queries.

Duties

• Handle patient calls in a professional manner.
• Allocate co-payments.
• Create settlement ledgers.
• Handle account queries.
• Accurate accounts evaluation for passwords and override.
• Ensure that you meet the departmental targets at all times.

Adhoc

• Perform any adhoc duties that may be required by the department or Business

Desired Experience & QualificationQUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Financial Qualification
  

EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 Years Debtors Experience
• Debtors function: payment allocation, Invoicing, Account reconciliation and debt collecting
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Presence APP call centre experience
